Charlotte is the local IMACS coordinator and the Erasmus coordinator for IMACS in Frankfurt. She is currently enrolled in Goethe University's Filmkultur - Archivierung, Programmierung, Präsentation programme. She is head of film programming at the Korean Film Festival Frankfurt, and works as a programmer for the Berlinale Forum. Her research concerns contemporary South Korean cinema, feminist movements in South Korea, Japanese cinema (with a particular focus on the Golden Age, as well as the 60s New Wave and 90s New New Wave) and global horror and gothic cinema. Charlotte has in past semesters taught tutorials at Goethe University about the films of Akira Kurosawa and the films of Studio Ghibli.
